BP –  Lucy’s sessions provided a supportive and non-judgemental space to talk through what was on my mind, because I really felt like Lucy listened to what I was saying. Our conversations helped me to look at different situations with a new perspective, which was so helpful. Thank you for all of your support!

TB – Having counselling sessions with Lucy has made a huge positive difference to my mental health. She provided a safe space for me to discuss my issues and helped me to figure a lot of things out for myself, whilst simultaneously providing some really useful advice and strategies to help me cope with my stress and anxiety. Since my sessions with Lucy I feel better able to put things into perspective, and respond to stressful situations in a much more considered and measured way.

B – I felt Lucy listened to what I had to say with compassion and empathy. I also felt she had some good points to make to me on what was being discussed in the counselling sessions which I then reflected upon. I didn’t feel I was being judged, and I also felt comfortable talking about my issues to her.

She was also polite and considerate during me talking about my past, and didn’t try to sway me in anyway. All in all my experience was a good one.

AC – I just wanted to say such a big thank you for the last 9 weeks of counselling. I’ve never really enjoyed my experiences with it before and I feel like I have made some real progress and developed a more positive attitude towards working on the strategies we discussed. I’m looking forward to building on this work in progress and your help has been invaluable!
